# Calvin – Agentic AI Governance Platform

> Calvin is an agentic AI governance platform with three products: Simulate, Observe, and Improve. Simulate creates simulation scenarios from a simple mission statement. Observe checks agent behavior and real outcomes in connected business systems, groups recurring issues, and routes evidence to a named owner. Improve recommends changes to agent prompts, configuration, or tools based on observed misalignment with the mission. Your team reviews and deploys the changes.

## Demo scope

This website is a product presentation with a browser-local, template-based demo. The demo does not connect to or test a real agent, access business systems, or send your mission text to a server. All illustrated results and counts are sample data.

## Products

### Simulate

Creates simulation scenarios from a simple mission statement so teams can evaluate agent behavior and outcomes against approved commitments before launch, without becoming evaluation experts.

### Observe

Integrates with your agent in 5 minutes to check real outcomes in production, group recurring problems, and route evidence to a named owner. Production examples become future simulation checks.

### Improve

Recommends changes to agent prompts, configuration, or tools based on observed misalignment with the mission. Your team reviews and deploys changes, then uses Simulate and Observe to verify the result.

## Workflow

1. Define the mission and approve commitments.
2. Use Simulate to create scenarios and check behavior and outcomes before launch.
3. Use Observe to check production outcomes and route evidence to a named owner.
4. Use Improve to recommend prompt, configuration, or tool changes based on observed mission misalignment. Your team reviews and deploys changes, then reruns the same checks.

## Frequently asked questions

### What exactly does Calvin check?

Calvin checks whether your agent meets the commitments you approved. That includes its behavior in simulated tests and the actual outcomes in your connected business systems, such as whether a confirmed appointment exists in the calendar.

### How is this different from conversation scoring?

A conversation can sound perfect while the intended action never happens. Calvin checks the resulting business outcome as well as the behavior. A polite confirmation with no booking is still a failure.

### Do I need an engineer to get started?

You can begin by describing the job in plain words and connecting your agent through a phone number, chat link, or API. You approve the commitments. Access to the relevant business systems is needed to verify their outcomes.

### What does “unverified” mean?

Calvin does not have enough reliable evidence to decide whether a commitment was met. If a system cannot be checked, the outcome stays unverified. It is never silently counted as a pass or a failure.

### What happens when the agent changes?

Every new version you control goes back through the acceptance checks before customers see it. The test set grows from production examples. Scheduled probes help detect unexpected behavior changes after provider updates.

### Does Calvin automatically change my agent?

You stay in control. Observe groups the problem and brings evidence to a named owner. Improve recommends changes to the agent’s prompt, configuration, or tools based on observed mission misalignment. Your team decides and deploys the change; Simulate and Observe help verify the result.
